SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer express shipping worldwide via UPS.  

Shipping is delivered once your order is ready, within 3 - 5 business days from the date of shipping.

Please note:

*We do not ship on weekend and international public holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed the following business week.

*If you want to change your address, please contact us before the item is shipped. Once the item is shipped, we cannot re-arrange delivery. 

 

TRACKING & SIGNATURE

An email with full tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please contact info@toshineu.com, if you do not receive our email. 

All orders require a signature on delivery, we are unable to ship to P.O. or A.P.O boxes. Please leave your phone number at check out. If needed, UPS will contact you via both email and phone.  

 

CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES

As the recipient you are responsible for all import duties, tax and administration charges that maybe applied by your local customs. These charges vary depending on the country and if you are unsure we would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.
